Poster country flags and privacy

the new forum originally had a little country flag next to each post showing the country that the post was made from based on the geoip encoding (the country the ip address is from).

before i switched over to the new site someone made an issue about it violating their privacy and i didn't want to complicate and confuse the switchover with policy debate at the same time as technical issues so removed the flags even though i disagreed.. someone has already requested it as a feature and i think it should be added back so i thought it's now time to open the discussion and get everyone's opinions.

first, the reason i think it should be shown:.

There are those of us who enjoy watching BBC, BB4 and British TV using "HOLA" Chrome Extension, as said by other posters it has nothing to do with some nefarious scam artist or spammer plot. It only scatters your website making it look like your from the UK to enjoy TV that's blocked to USA users. If you love French TV, BBC and other TVs your locked out of because the tool is great and does not promote some fraud scam artist thing.

Very few members on JWN (Who are wanting to remain in the Fold, Ex-JWs who are out, you are not stupid but very trusting and kind by helping people you think need help. Realize their are Spammers and Posers, Simon is right.) are stupid enough to provide their full numbers, real names and addresses

I have high speed Internet on my Farm, there are ten people who live and share our high speed data, nine of them are members on JWN so that's one thing to consider!

Simon during Facebook's last CC, Advertisers were complaining they felt Facebook had too many spoof accounts and wanted Facebook to abolish many of them. Google used computers to generate many false hits, so did Yahoo, Websites are getting any pressure by Advertisers or you getting bugged by them?

There has to be a reasonable amount of space those Ads appear on our screen. Have you seen there can be up to 30 ads on one page, its lit up like a Christmas tree. This causes people to use blocking tools, why can't their be a balance with a few Ads geared towards our needs and not some Flashing Christmas Tree that totally distracts from the JWN Experience?

I will remain loyal, a flag does not matter to me, you can put my State and County for all I care, I would like more peace on JWN, that would be nice!

I am emotionally a wreck, still going to psychiatrist and psychologist battling my child-hood trauma of being molested. I know how anyone who has suffered from this feels, once I get my stuff together I will be able to help others by using my tradgeddy into help for young ones looking for help. Please forgive me if I take more time off, it's rough having people hate you for turning a pedophile over to the police and elders who loved the man.

It's wise to follow the instruction of allowing him to get his position back, I agree I need to be patient and than I can post the Congregation name and turn over all the letters I received from the Watchtower elder (they use numbers and letters to identify the bethel elder a witness speaks with. The branch elder's code-name was S4206 or maybe it was S&*84, they do this instead of giving us his real name and credentials. Jehovah allowed us a name but Bethel Elders are given a number to present a form of coldness and lack of empathy? When speaking about what wicked sins he did to me, I was given a number and not a human name. They are masters at remaining emotionless and avoiding the sense they actually care the victim was hurt, for liabililty reasons or robotic reasons?

Can I ask if anyone here has ever received any kind of mental health or spiritual health when bringing forward accusations against the elder or elders who are attacking you? The only people I know who received any sign of help or spiritual aid were brothers with money or brothers the Society needed because they had gifts in areas the Organization needed. Now, we are treated like old horses, sent to the tallow truck and boiled into dog food and glue once we are not able to Pioneer or be of use to them. Teach the kids this Organization has lost it's love, we are heading down the road of the Scientologist by keeping records and documenting anything about anyone so it can be used another day!

Wait and see what they do, I will wait another week before I pick up the phone from those elders calling the house. It would be great if I can get them to send me a letter "signed" why they want my opinion over the appointment of this brother back to Shepherd! Problem Addicit, they have been maneurving him to be used for months now, after one elder took the sword for a brother in Santa Maria, the elders in his Kingdom Hall have been clever about their intentions by letting the Kingdom Hall know about all his good works and actions. If I am Disfellowshiped, that's the final key they need to reappoint him? There are more letters than Paul Grundy, I have letters from the Organization which are cryptic and vague. Letters from a few elders apologizing for the abused I suffered but no real help emotionally. I can see where this is going, I will be labled "insane or emotionally unsound!" and he is going to be used again!

I am scanning through http://jwleaks.org/boe-letters/ which of these Letters allow a pedophile to return to his previous position if he has behaved for six months? I am outraged, this now lends credibility that I am insane and he was the victim because I seduced him. That is exactly the line he (26 years old) used to tell the brothers (I was 7-10 years old) and why he was not disfellowshiped. I am not the crazy one, my emotions are messed up, why does the Watchtower want to crush the victims of sexual abuse so badly?

What's Candace Contii's lawyers phone number? The "Closing Arguments" for her case said the Watchtower "Does not use confessed pedophiles or sex offeners!" That's total Bullshit!
